Key words: castor, shelling mechanical, hoist, food processing 引言 我国的蓖麻脱壳机械发展较慢。80年代前，一般都是用手工脱壳，劳动强度大，生产率低，还由于蓖麻果皮比其内的蓖麻籽的种皮硬，给蓖麻的脱壳带来一定的困难。80年代后，我国先后研制了几种蓖麻脱壳机，部分投人生产使用，收到了较好的效果。 我国蓖麻脱壳机械是由手工脱壳方法发展起来的，最初的蓖麻脱壳机是由仿手工方法，用两块搓板，一上一下，将蓖麻置于其中，经搓板往复搓擦，而达到脱壳的目的，动力采用
