Results Theadult serum CA72-4showeda skewness distribution , 95 % reference range wasgreater than the reference range provide by the manufacturer. There was a certain gender difference. Conclusion The reference range of serum CA72-4 in adults provide bythe manufacturer for the electrochemicalluminescence Cobas e 601 system may not suitable for this region , each laboratory should establish the reference range according to actual circumstances.
