32 1 2009 1 Vo.l 32 No. 1 Jan . 2009 Journal ofBeijing University ofTraditionalChineseM edicine ! 59! 半边莲中黄酮类化学成分研究 # ( 北京中医药大学中药学院北京 100102) : 对半边莲中的黄酮类成分进行研究使用稀醇进行提取, 采用各种柱色谱法及重结法进行分离纯化, 各种光谱波谱技术进行结构鉴定分离得到 9 个黄酮类化合物, 经鉴定为: 芹菜素( 1)木犀草素(2)香叶木素(3)白杨黄酮(4)橙皮苷(5)木犀草素7OD葡萄糖苷(6)芹菜素7OD葡萄糖苷(7)蒙花苷(8)香叶木苷(9) 所分离得到的9 个黄酮类化合物均为首次从半边莲中分离得到 : 半边莲; 黄酮; 化学成分; 结构鉴定 : 284. 1 Studies on chem ical constituents of flavones from Lobelia ch inensis Lour. # JIANG Yanyan, SH I enbing , LIU Bin,WANG Q iuying, DAIY ing ( Schoolof ChinesePharmacy, Beijing University of ChineseMedicine, Beijing 100102) Abstract: Objective To study the chem ical constituents of flavones in Lobelia chinensis Lour. M ethod The chem ical constituents of flavones in Lobelia chinensisLourwere extractedw ith 70% ehtonaland isolated by various coloumn chromatography and recrystallization, and identified by various kinds of spectroscopic methods. Results 9 flavanoids were isolated and identified as apigenin( 1), loteolin( 2), Diosmetin( 3), chrysoeriol(4), hesperidin(5), loteolin7ODglucoside(6), apigenin7ODglucoside( 7), linarin(8) and diosm in(9).
