Th e social cap ital could r eflect th e distr ibution situ ation of the m icro-level social cap ital of female librar ian s in un iv er sities . Th e empirical analy sis and ev alu ation of th e stor age qu antity of th e social cap ital of fem ale librar ian s in un iver sities sh ow s that the stor age quantity of the social capital are h igh ,the cogn itive social capital is highlight, the structur al social capital is weak . Comp ared with male librarian s, the social capital of fem ale librar ian s has demon str ated significant differences in th e econ om ic and gen der .
