With the high percentage of school kids with myopia, the optical business is growing.
The just beginning marketing which use of disposable lens is so huge that could sustain BAODAO’s growth and market leadership for the next decade.
Few local graduates had the necessary skills for service occupations.
It is difficult to retain quality employees because job-hopping was common among successful managers and above average wages were needed to retain these talents.
Technological
Gowth of E-commerce enable customers to try on different frames from the firm’s catalog online (different style, sizes, brands, colour etc) and then submit orders to the nearest outlet for fitting and purchase.

Strategy
BAODAO considered excellence in quality products, innovation and professional services to be the corner stones of its business.

Systems
All the products on its shelves went through a rigorous quality assurance system to ensure the highest technical standards.
