Abstract:T he reflection on teaching is an effective way to promote the teacher s professional development.
Based on an investigation, this paper makes an analysis of the status quo of the teachers reflections on teach-
ing, including its general situation, the teachers recognition, and its motives and factors. Furthermore, some
suggestions are put forward to effectively develop the teachers reflection on his teaching.
