The workflow of steelmaing and continuous casting production process are introduced. And the main difficulties of dynamic scheduling are pointed out . The software framework , function framework , technology framework of steelmaking and continuous casting dynamic intelligence scheduling system are presented. A scheme of synthetic integrating dynamic schedule with manmachine interactive is proposed. Finally , the scheme is applied to steelmaking and continuous casting schedule system of iron and steel enterprises , and good results are obtained.
