侵入性操作及相关医院感染发生率调查结果分析【摘要】 目的 了解分析广州医学院直属7家医院的医院感染与侵入性操作性相关感染现状。方法 按照卫生部《医院感染诊断标准》，采取床旁调查和查阅病历相结合的方法，对2009年6月份7家医院进行医院感染现患率调查。结果 实际调查3552例，实查率100%，发生例次医院感染率为4.86%，侵入性操作与相关医院感染发生率，分别为呼吸机19.9%、手术2.1%、留置尿管0.9%、静脉插管0.2%、动脉插管0%，各种侵入性操作最常见操作频率从高到低依次为手术、留置尿管、静脉插管、使用呼吸机、动脉插管。结论 应加强侵入性操作的规范化管理，各医院建立自已的目标监测体系，强化干预措施。 【关键词】 医院感染； 现患率； 侵入性操作； 医院感染发生率 Analysis invasive procedure and associated prevalence rate of nosocomial infections LUO Chun-hua，CHEN Chun-e，PENG Sheng-hua. Guangzhou 510700,China 【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the current situation about nosocomial infections and invasive procedure associated infections of seven hospitals affiliated to Guangzhou medical college.Methods We investigated the prevalence rate of nosocomial infections in seven hospitals affiliated to Guangzhou medical college on June, 2009. According to “Diagnostic Criteria Of Nosocomial Infections” of Ministry of Public Health, we recorded data by combining inspection of bedside patient and look up medical history.Results 3552 cases were checked, the prevalence rate of nosocomial infections was 4.86%, the invasive procedure and associated prevalence rate of nosocomial infections were use of breathing machine（19.9%）, surgical intervention（2.1%）, indwelling urinary catheter（0.9%）, indwelling vein catheter（0.2%）, indwelling arterial catheter（0%）, the frequency of operation sorted from high to low were surgical intervention, indwelling urinary catheter, indwelling vein catheter, use of breathing machine, indwelling arterial catheter.Conclusion Hospitals should emphasis the normalization of invasive procedure, establish own monitoring system, and reinforcement intervention study. 【Key words】 Hospital infection; Prevalence; Invasive procedures; Hospital infection rates 随着医疗技术的飞速发展，侵入性操作带来的医院感染正日趋广泛，由于各种侵入性操作，破坏了机体皮肤与黏膜的天然屏障，给病原微生物的侵入提供了有利的途径［1］，从而导致了相关医院感染的发生，本文通过对广州医学院直属7家综合性二甲以上医院侵入性操作与其相关医院感染发生率调查结果分析，以便针对性地采取有效措施，预防与控制医院感染的发生。现报道如下。 1 资料
