平片无张力、疝环充填式及传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝临床分析【摘要】 目的 研究平片无张力疝修补术、疝环充填式疝修补术和传统疝修补术的治疗效果。方法 回顾分析平片无张力疝修补组、疝环充填式疝修补组和传统疝修补组的手术时间、住院天数、术后并发症、复发率和住院费。结果 无张力疝修补组手术时间明显短于传统疝修补组，疝环充填式修补组住院时间最长，传统疝修补组术后疼痛发病率最高13.75%，平片无张力修补组复发率为1.3%，疝环充填式修补为2%，传统疝修补组为3.75%为最高，传统疝修补组住院费为3组中最低。结论 无张力疝修补术手术操作简单、复发少，平片无张力疝修补能满足大多数疝修补的需要。? 【关键词】 腹股沟疝； 无张力疝修补术； 疝环充填式疝修补术； 传统疝修补术?? A clinic analysis on the treatment of groin hernias by the use of mesh, mesh-plug and traditional hernia repair ?TAN Zhen-dong.Changzhou Wujin People?s Hospital, Changzhou 213002, China?? 【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of inguinal hernias treated by the use of mesh,mesh plug and methods of traditional hernia repair.Methods The clinical data of inguinal hernias treated by the use of mesh,mesh plug and methods of traditional hernia repair were analyzed retrospectively.Results The average operative time in tension-free repair groups was shorter than that in traditional hernia repair group.The mesh-plug group had the longest hospital stays. Patients in traditional hernia repair group seemed to suffer postoperative pain more frequently.Postoperative recurrence rate was 1.3% in the mesh group,2% in the mesh-plug group and 3.75% in the group using methods of traditional hernia repair which was significantly higher than the other 2 groups.The group using methods of traditional hernia repair had the lowest hospitalization expenses.Conclusion Tension-free hernioplasty was feasible with the advantages of low recurrence rate.?Tension-?free mesh inguinal hernia repair can treat most of groin hernias.? 【Key words】 Groin hernias； Tension-free repair； Mesh plug； Traditional hernia repair ?? 腹股沟疝是常见病、多发病，虽然新的疝修补方法层出不穷，但在基层医院，平片无张力、疝环充填式及传统疝修补术仍是腹股沟疝的主要治疗方法。本研究回顾分析了笔者所在医院2005年1月～2007年12月内开展的平片无张力、疝环充填式及传统疝修补术的临床资料，对疗效、并发症等进行对比研究，现报道如下。? 1 资料与方法? 1.1 一般资料 收集笔者所在医院2005年1月～2007年12月行腹股沟疝修补术的患者380例，其中男357例，女23例，平均年龄60岁。随访3～6年。其中，平片无张力修补组151例，疝环充填式无张力修补组149例，传统疝修补组80例。? 1.2 修补材料 平片无张力疝修补组采用巴德公司补片或善释补片，疝环充填式疝修补
