企业招聘难与大学生就业难的对比思考 摘要：近年来，很多企业存在着招聘难的现象，而大学生就业难的现象也一直存在。企业招聘难现象的存在，有国家、企业、高校方面的原因，而大学生就业难的原因包括高校、大学生几个方面。为了改善企业招聘难与大学生就业难共存的现象，政府必须促进产业升级，完善劳动力市场；高校应该合理设置专业和课程并做好大学生的就业指导工作；企业应转变用人理念并开出合理的薪酬；大学生则应树立正确的就业理念，同时增强自身的专业知识和综合素质。11616 关键词：企业；招聘；大学生；就业 Comparative Thinking between Difficult of Enterprise Recruitment and College Studentsrsquo; Employment Abstract: Recently, it is a common phenomenon that many enterprises have difficulty with employ. Meanwhile, graduates also have trouble getting jobs. Enterprises have difficulty with employ due to country enterprises, college themselves. Itrsquo;s obviously hard for undergraduates to get employment. It results from country, enterprises, and universities. To improve the situation where both enterprises and graduates meet trouble, the government should readjust the industrial structure, upgrade industries, perfect the labour market and popularize the occupational knowledge. Universities should set up majors according to the need of market, focus on promoting graduatesrsquo; social practice ability and overall quality, and guide undergraduates to obtain employment well. Enterprises should change the improper ideas of hiring and offer reasonable payment to graduates. As for undergraduates, they should set up the right philosophy of employ, the also should enrich their own specialized knowledge and comprehensive quality.
