大学生考研动机调查研究+文献综述 摘要：针对当今社会考研热问题，对大学生展开考研动机的调查研究。方法：本文采用潘佳雁编制的《你为什么报考研究生》问卷, 对师范学院的241名大三、大四在校生进行调查。结果：①男生考研动机中的兴趣爱好和外界影响因素显著高于女生（t=2.783，P＜0.01；t=3.069，P＜0.01）；②大三学生考研动机的自我实现因素高于大四学生（t=2.895，P＜0.01）；③而在专业和生源地方面差异不显著。结论：考研动机受到工作环境、求知进取和自我实现3种因素的影响最强。8693 关键词：考研动机；大学生；工作环境；求知进取；自我实现； Investigation: Motivations of the Postgraduate Entrance Examination Abstract: For the hot spot of postgraduate in today#39;s society, we did the research on college students motivated of it.
