怀菊花活性成分及抑菌作用研究 摘要:本实验以怀菊花为实验材料,采用热水浸提和微波辅助提取两种提取方法提取多糖与总黄酮,并用分光光度法测定其含量,同时测定样品提取液对大肠杆菌、农杆菌的抑菌作用。实验结果表明,热水浸提法和微波辅助提取法对怀菊花多糖提取率分别为28.70 mg/g、197.2 mg/g。用75%甲醇、75%乙醇、75%丙酮、蒸馏水作提取剂对怀菊花总黄酮提取率依次为:2.43 mg/g、55.00 mg/g、2.01 mg/g、1.82 mg/g。微波辅助多糖提取液对大肠杆菌、农杆菌的抑菌效果较好,抑菌圈直径均为0.69 cm。 关键词:怀菊花;活性成分;多糖;总黄酮;抑菌 Study on the Active Components and Antibacterial Activity Of Huai Chrysanthemum Abstract: In this experiment, the polysaccharide and total flavonoids of Huai chrysanthemum were extracted by hot-water and microwave-assisted extraction (MAE), and its contents were determined by spectrophotomety.
