机械企业安全评价体系研究+文献综述 摘要：本文针对某机械企业的生产工艺、场地布局、主要生产参数等具体特点，应用预先性危险分析法，对系统存在的危险类别、出现条件及可能造成的结果，进行宏观概略的分析。发现存在ldquo;火灾、爆炸rdquo;，ldquo;窒息、中毒rdquo;、ldquo;触电rdquo;，ldquo;机械伤害、物体打击rdquo;等伤害类别。在这基础上又依据国家标准《机械工厂安全性评价标准》及《机械制造企业安全生产标准化规范》对某机械企业建立了自评标准，通过评审发现在管理、机械设备、环境条件及职工素质上存在问题。在此结论上建立了某机械企业的安全评价体系并利用了ldquo;模糊层次分析法rdquo;对系统进行综合评价，对各因素权重进行分析，在归一化处理后得出了该企业安全状况为良的评价结论，同时又发现了该企业在安全管理、职工的安全意识和机械设备的检修保养上存在问题，建议加强职员的安全教育和对机械设备的资金投入和维护。关键词：机械安全；评价体系；评分标准；模糊层次分析法9127 Research for one mechanical enterprise safety evaluation system Abstract: In this paper, the production of a mechanical process, site layout, the main production parameters and other specific characteristics, application pre-sexual risk analysis, hazard category exists on the system, there may be the result of conditions and to carry out macro-rough analysis.
