Concept of milk drink
Milk drink: a product made from fermented milk or dairy products that is fermented or fermented
Classification of milk drinks
Milk drinks are divided into neutral milk drinks and acidic milk drinks, and they are divided into formulated milk drinks and fermented milk drinks according to protein and blending methods.

1 neutral milk drink
Neutral milk beverage is mainly water and milk as raw materials, adding other flavor materials, such as coffee, cocoa, fruit juice, and then color, made of drinking milk flavoring. When the content of protein is not less than 1%, it is called milk drink
2 acid milk drink
Acidic milk beverage: acid milk drink, including fermented yoghurt beverage and formulated yoghurt beverage.
1) fermented milk beverage refers to the products made of fresh milk or dairy products as raw materials, which are fermented, added water and thickening agent and other processed products. Because of different sterilization methods, they can be divided into active lactobacillus beverage and non active lactobacillus beverage.
2) mixed acid milk is fresh milk or dairy products as raw materials, adding water, sugar, sour agent, modulation, products after sterilization, the shelf life is longer than the lactic acid bacteria beverage.
