军队三甲医院医务人员职业倦怠现状调查及分析

[摘要]目的 了解军队三甲医院医务人员职业倦怠现状及受人口学因素影响的情况,为军队医院防治职业倦怠政策的制定提供依据。方法 用自编一般人口学资料问卷及李永鑫编制的工作倦怠量表(CMBI),采用整群抽样方法,对某军队三甲综合医院732名医务人员进行调查,根据李永鑫职业倦怠诊断标准进行筛查,并与地方医院医务人员进行比较。结果 军队医院医务人员情感耗竭总平均分21.96(7.54),低于临界值25分,去人性化及个人成就感减低平均分别11.7(7.44)和16.04(6.04),略高于临界值11分和16分;职业倦怠检出率显著低于地方医务人员(P0.01),其中情感耗竭、去人性化、个人成就感减低分别为20.9% vs 81.2% 、30.9% vs 66.4%、42.7% vs 76.2%;在个人成就感减低方面,离异的医务人员高于已婚(P =0.022)An Investigation and Analysis on Job Burnout of Staff in 3A army Hospital

[Abstract] Objective To investigate job burnout status and demographic factors of Staff in 3A Army Hospital for policy formulation and prevention and control of job burnout in army hospital. Methods By demographic data with general survey and Li yongxin’ CMBI questionnaire , using cluster sampling method, a military general hospital 732 medical staff in the investigation. We screen job burnout according to Li yongxin’ standard ,compared with staff in local hospital. Result The average scores are below critical value( 25 points) on emotional exhaustion, the average scores are slightly higher than the critical value (11 and 16 points) on depersonalization and diminution of personal accomplishment.; The detection rate of job burnout is higher than local hospital staff, emotional exhaustion 20.9% vs 81.2% ,depersonalization 30.9% vs 66.4% and diminution of personal accomplishment 42.7% vs 76.2%;The score of divorce is higher than married(P =0.022)and unmarried medical(P =0.026)staff on diminution of personal accomplishment; The score of College degree in medical staff is higher than the higher degrees on diminution of personal accomplishment(P =0.023、0.028、0.023); The score of income of less than $2000 is higher than more than $2000 (P =0.012、0.013) on diminution of personal accomplishment; The score of soldiers is higher than others(P =0.037、0.012) on emotional exhaustion
