简易液基涂片技术在痰液检查中应用[摘要] 目的：比较简易液基涂片技术与传统涂片技术在痰液细胞学的制片效果及痰癌细胞的诊断阳性率。方法：收集患者清晨咳嗽后的痰液置于封闭塑料瓶中，分为两组，一组做传统涂片，另一组用简易液基涂片方法制片。光镜下观察比较两者的制片质量并评估优劣。结果：110例标本中，临床最后诊断42例（38.18%）为阳性，68例（61.82%）为阴性。简易液基涂片中找到癌细胞34例（30.91%），可疑癌细胞5例（4.54%）中除1例临床诊断为阴性要求随访外都为阳性患者；传统涂片中找到癌细胞20例（18.18%），可疑癌细胞14例（12.73%），其中5例液基涂片诊断同为可疑，另7例临床为阳性患者，另2例临床诊断为阴性需要随访。结论：简易液基涂片技术较传统涂片技术能有效地提高痰液细胞学制片质量及痰癌细胞诊断的阳性率。 [关键词] 液基涂片技术；传统涂片；痰液；肺癌 [中图分类号] R734[文献标识码]Ａ [文章编号]1673-7210（2011）04（a）-048-02 Application of simple liquid based smear in sputum examination CHEN Rong1, JIANG Chunfan2 1.Department of Pathology, Wuhan Medical Treatment Center, Wuhan 430023, China; 2.Department of Pathology, the Central Hospital of Xiangfan City, Xiangfan 441021, China [Abstract] Objective: To compare the positive ratio of simple liquid based smear and traditional smear in sputum cytology. Methods: The deeply inside sputum of patients in the morning were collected, and were divided into two groups. One was done by the traditional cytology, the other was done by simple liquid based smear. The results under the microscope and the qualities of both slides were compared to evaluate which was best. Results: 110 cases of samples in the finally clinical diagnosis, 42 cases (38.18%) for positive, 68 cases (61.82%) for negative. Simple liquid base smear found in 34 patients (cancer cells, 30.91%), suspicious cancer cells in 5 patients (4.54%) in all the cases clinical diagnosis for negative requirements follow-up outside all positive for patients; traditional smear found in 20 patients (18.18%) cancer cells, suspicious of 14 cases (12.73%), of which 5 cases were diagnosed with liquid base smear as suspicious, the other 7 cases clinical tested positive for the patient, another 2 cases clinical diagnosis for negative need follow-up.
