贝那普利治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭25例临床分析[摘要] 目的：探讨贝那普利对慢性肺心病心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法：选择2005～2009年住院期间慢性肺心病心力衰竭患者50例，心功能Ⅱ～Ⅳ级，随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例，两组患者年龄、性别、病程及心功能状况均有可比性。对照组常规给予抗感染、氧疗、强心、利尿、纠正水电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱等常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服贝那普利5～10 mg/d，14 d为一疗程，比较治疗后两组患者心功能改善情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为92.0%，对照组总有效率为64.0%，而且治疗组不良反应轻微。结论：贝那普利对慢性肺心病心力衰竭有良好的治疗效果。 [关键词] 贝那普利；慢性肺心病；心力衰竭 [中图分类号] R541.5[文献标识码]B [文章编号]1673-7210（2010）10（c）-061－０2 Clinical analysis of Benazepril in the treatment of 25 cases of chronic pneumocardial disease with cardiac failure XU Lin (Department of Respiratory Medicine, the People’s Hospital of Gejiu City, Yunnan Province, Gejiu 661000, China) [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of Benazepril in the treatment of chronic pneumocardial disease with cardiac failure. Methods: 50 cases of chronic pneumocardial disease with cardiac failure ranged from class Ⅱ to class Ⅳ were enrolled from 2005 to 2009, 25 cases were assienged to the treatment group and 25 cases to the control group randomly, the two groups were comparative in age, sex, course of disease and cardic function. The control group was given conventional treatment including anti-inflamation, oxygen therapy, cardiac glycoside, diuresis, correction of water-electrolyte and acid-base imbalance, the treatment group was given conventional treatment and 5 to 10 milligrams Benazepril per day, one course of Benazepril treatment was 14 days. The cardic function improvement was compared after trial. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 92%, and the control group was 64%, and the treatment group had mild adverse reactions. Conclusion: Benazepril has a good therapeutic efficacy on chronic pneumocardial disease with cardiac failure.
