四三中队辅导员工作心得(43 squadron counselor work experience) In the summer of 2010, I became an honorable elementary school teacher. Ive been working as a squadron counselor since Ive been working. How much sweat, hard, in the ordinary post, I work diligently. Over the past year, I have devoted a great deal of enthusiasm to education, and have given great patience and love to every team member. Assiduously teaching art, the ladder, with their own wisdom of key scientific and cultural knowledge to open doors for players with their own character to create a beautiful soul team. Chinas famous educator Tao Xingzhi said: thousand million people seeking to teach teach, wanxuexue do real learning. Teachers aim at educating people. We should not only teach people with profound knowledge, but also use noble character to mold people.
