环境信息公开办法(试行)（Measures for the publicity of environmental information (for Trial Implementation)） Measures for the disclosure of environmental information (Trial) (in April 11, 2007, the State Environmental Protection Administration promulgated by Decree No. thirty-fifth since May 1, 2008) Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 in order to promote and standardize the administrative department of environmental protection (hereinafter referred to as the environmental protection department) and enterprise environmental information disclosure, the protection of citizens, legal persons and other organizations to obtain environmental information rights, promote public participation in environmental protection, according to the Peoples Republic of China government information disclosure Regulations, Peoples Republic of China Cleaner Production Promotion Law and the State Council on the implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development and strengthening environmental protection decision and other relevant provisions of the enactment of this approach.
