哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学毕业设计（论文） - PAGE II - - PAGE I - 摘要 随着经济的迅速发展，水资源的重要性愈发的明显。我国是一个缺水的国家，对水资源的保护有着非常重要的意义。受到水污染的影响，部分地区出现水质型缺水，制约了经济的发展和人民生活质量的提高。因此需要对污水统一回收，进行有效的处理，以缓解受纳水体压力。设计的内容为黑龙江省哈尔滨地区宾西开发区的排水工程的设计。此项目的实施也可以使开发区的环境得到改善，缓解松花江的污染状况。并保证下游城市用水不受污染。 此设计主要根据宾西开发区的城市规划，地形条件，气候条件，河流的水文条件，依据排水管道系统的布置原则确定排水管网的平面设计，在保证排水安全通畅的前提下，使系统的造价最低。然后再根据生活污水的水量、水质条件及工业污水的水量以及受纳水体可接受的污染物的量确定污水的处理程度，进而确定污水处理工艺，并进行技术经济比较。设计的具体内容包括：排水管网扩初设计；污水泵站工艺设计；污水处理工艺设计；污泥处理工艺设计；排水管网和整个污水处理厂的工程概算； 关键词　城市污水处理厂； A-O法处理工艺； 脱氮除磷； 污泥处理； Abstract As the economic develops rapidly, the importance of water source is more and more obvious. China is lack of water, so it is very necessary for us to protect the water source. Due to the serious water pollution, some regions lace the water in need that affects the development of the economic and the improvement the level of our life quality. So the sewage should be collected and treated in total in order to protect the water source. The designment is the drainage project in Heilongjiang province, Harbin area, binxi develop town. The project implementation can improve the town’s environment; reduce the pollution of the Songhua River and make sure the city along river off pollution. The project basis contains city planning, topographical, hydro geological conditions. According to the referred rules, choose the probable drainage system style and the layout. Under the condition that the system is safe and reasonable, make the cost low enough. Calculate domestic wastewater quantity and quality, with the industrial wastewater, the river’s environment volume. And then choose a reasonable treatment process.
