大鼠宫颈病变对膀胱功能的影响 陈天明, 熊恩庆, 方强,宋 波(第三军医大学西南医院全军泌尿外科研究所,重庆400038) 摘 要：目的 观察宫颈炎性刺激时大鼠膀胱功能的尿动力学指标变化。方法 成年雌性大鼠36只,随机分为实验组(24只)和对照组(12只),分别用25%苯酚胶浆和生理盐水构建宫颈炎模型和模型对照，造模前后分别对各组行充盈性膀胱压力测定。结果 (1) 对照组生理盐水刺激宫颈前后膀胱基础压、排尿前压、膀胱容积和顺应性无显著变化(P0.05),在膀胱充盈期未见明显不稳定收缩。而苯酚胶浆对大鼠宫颈所造成的炎性刺激可以使膀胱基础压和排尿前压增加,膀胱容积和顺应性降低,排尿性收缩抑制,与刺激前相比,差异显著(P0.01);在膀胱充盈期66.67%(16/24)的大鼠出现不稳定性收缩。 (2) 对照组与实验组刺激前各尿动力学指标结果间比较无显著差异(P0.05),而刺激后两组间各结果差异显著(P0.01)。结论 大鼠宫颈在受到炎性刺激时可以引起膀胱功能的改变,其机制需进行深入研究。 关键词：膀胱功能;宫颈炎;尿动力学 Effects of cervicitis on bladder functions in rats CHEN Tian-ming, Xiong En-qing,Fang Qiang ,SONG Bo (Urological Research Institute of PLA,Southwest Hospital,Third Medical University,Chongqing 400038,China) Abstract：Objective To investigate the bladder function alterations after inflammatory stimulation to cervix measured by the urodynamic method in rats. Methods A total of Thirty-six adultfemale Sprague Dawley(SD) rats were randomly assigned into Two groups:The One was to build the cervicitis model with 25% phenol mucilage(n=24);the other used the saline to stimulat as control(n=12),and the filling cystometry was performed before and after the stimulation in each groups.Results (1) In the control group, the basic pressure , per-micturition pressure ,vesical volume and vesical compliance were not significantly changed(P0.05),and there was not significant instable contractions occurring at filling period. As compared with that before stimulation of the cervicitis model group,the basic pressure and per-micturition pressure increased considerably(P0.01),vesical volume and vesical compliance lowered significantly(P0.01),micturition contractions were inhibited,and 66.67% rats occurred instable contractions at filling period. (2) In the rats before stimulation,the difference of urodynamic indexes were of no signifcance(P0.05),but changed to be significant after stimulation in the rats stimulated respectively with the phenol mucilage and with the the saline (P0.01).Conclusion The inflammatory stimulus to cervix
