Performance Assessment Task  Mixing Paints  Grade 7  This task challenges a student to use ratios and percents to solve a practical problem. A student must  use knowledge of fractions and ratios to solve problems and represent fractions or ratios as  percentages.  A student must be able to clearly define the whole in different situations in order to  represent the relationships numerically.
