As we all know, good flexibility plays a positive role in muscles and joints, helps prevent damage to the body, reduces muscle pain, and strengthens the effect of physical exercise. Improving flexibility can improve quality of life and independence of the organism. Good flexibility helps improve muscle elasticity and expands the range of motion of the joints, allowing the body to move and exercise easily. With good flexibility, daily bending and lacing can be easily accomplished.
Flexibility is the ability to move muscles and joints at maximum amplitude. Drafting refers to the stretching process of connective tissue, muscle, and other tissues. Flexibility develops when connective tissue and muscles are regularly and correctly drafted. By contrast, when these tissues are not stretched and exercised for some time, flexibility will subside.
