Methods the patients with sick sinus syndrome without other evidence of organic heart disease, in the placement of VVI pacemaker, to control for atrial fibrillation in 15 cases, 15 cases had no difference compared with the occurrence of chronic atrial fibrillation ventricular rate in patients with better control of tolerance and quality of life in sports.
