Because of our race, size and weight is lower than that of the United States and Europe, so the standard of our country: healthy adult BMI range is 18.5 ~ 23.9kg/m2, 24 ~ BMI in 27.9kg/m2 was larger than 28kg/m2 for overweight, obesity, less than 18.5kg/m2 for weight loss.
