Types of injuries: 91 cases of renal contusion (69.5%), 24 cases of partial renal laceration (18.3%), and 16 cases of complete renal laceration (12.2%). 2 clinical manifestation There were 51 cases of gross hematuria (38.9%), 78 case of hematuria (59.5%), no hematuria in 2 cases (1.5%). There were 15 cases (24.4%) with peritoneal irritation in 32 cases (11.5%), including 9 cases of splenic rupture, 4 cases of hepatic rupture, and 2 cases of intestinal rupture.
