In recent years, with the increase of traffic accidents, the incidence of acetabular fracture has risen. A total of 34 cases of acetabular fractures were treated in our hospital in 1994~1998 years. The X-ray and CT examinations were divided into 2 groups and 10 types according to the location and direction of the fracture and the extent of the shift. The treatment rate was 86.2% by different treatment methods, and the treatment methods were discussed as follows. 1 clinical information 1.1 general data in this group 34 cases, male 29 cases, female 5 cases, age 19~75 years old, average 37.4 years old. There were unilateral in 30 cases and bilateral in 4 cases. The traffic accident in 30 cases, 3 cases of falling injury in 1 cases, with 2 cases of femoral shaft fracture, double calcaneal fracture 1 cases, fracture of tibial plateau, knee cruciate ligament injury, lateral malleolus fracture in 1 cases, traumatic shock complicated with sciatic nerve injury, 2 cases in each. 1.2 classification of fractures according to Letournel classification [1], acetabular fractures were divided into 2 groups, simple fracture and composite fracture, in 10 forms. A simple fracture consists of partial or complete fractures of a column or wall, including the posterior wall, posterior column, anterior wall, front column, and transverse fracture, 5 kinds. Composite fracture refers to having more than two simple fractures form fractures, including the posterior column with posterior wall fracture, transverse fracture associated with posterior wall fractures, the shape of T (i.e., lo
