DOI： 10.19335/ki.2095-6649.2016.04.008 BOM准确率的提升管理机制研究 李茂，缪瑞清，刘丽，刘明光 （北京汽车研究总院，北京 101300） 摘要： 随着大数据、工业 4.0、两化融合等概念的兴起，BOM 数据越来越被管理者重视，整车制造业是一项纷 繁复杂的系统工程，BOM 数据贯穿整个产品生命周期的始终，项目的不同阶段 BOM 的形态不同、使用部门也不同， 对 BOM 的要求也不同，产品研发成功至交付给客户（下游部门）的某一点 BOM 准确率是 100%，但在长期生产过程中， BOM 的作用与 BOM 的初衷越来越远，不加以控制会像抛物线一样，慢慢脱离我们的预定轨道；本文主要阐述观点为： BOM 是企业各项业务运行的数据基础，BOM 准确率需要整个公司所有员工进行保证，发现问题、分析问题、解决 问题，其中发现问题是前提，分析问题是关键，解决问题是目的。要通过问题透明来加快分析问题研究问题的进程， 最终实现解决问题的目的，促进公司研发、采购、生产经营管理各项任务的顺利完成与各项管理成本的降低。 关键词：BOM；准确率；全员参与；管理透明 The Study of Enhancement and Mamagement Mechanism about BOM Accuracy LI Mao, MIAO Rui-qing, LIU Li, LIU Ming-guang (Beijing Automotive Technology Center, Beijing 101300, China) Abstract: With the rise of Big Data, Industry 4.0, the integration of integration of information technology and industrialization, BOM data have been paid more and more attention by managers. Vehicle manufacturing is a complicated systematic project. BOM data penetrate the entire product life cycle. In different stages of the project, BOM has different forms and be used in different departments and fulfilled different requirements. BOM accuracy rate is 100% at some point from product development to delivery to the customer downstream sector , but in the long-term production process, the effect of （ ） the BOM is farther and farther from initial mind. If we cannot control this problem, BOM would be out of our orbit slowly like a parabola.This article focuses on the view: BOM is the basis of the business operation. The accuracy of BOM need to be ensured all employees in the entire company with the method of identifying , analyzing and solving problems.
