HG-09铵盐分散剂在重油催化裂化装置中的应用

摘要：某1.4Mt/a重油催化裂化装置分馏塔为防止分馏塔顶部铵盐沉积，减少因分馏塔结盐造
成的操作波动，在塔顶部注入铵盐分散剂。运行结果表明，加入型号为HG-09铵盐分散剂，
装置运行2个月后，产品收率无明显变化，不影响装置的产品分布。分馏塔未结盐、未堵塞、
未冲塔，分馏塔顶循环系统机泵、换热器及管线等设备未产生明显的腐蚀破坏。

Abstract：Topreventammoniumsaltdepositiononthetopofthefractionatingtowerofthe 1.4 Mt/aheavyoilcatalyticcracking
unit,andreduceoperationfluctuationcausedbyfractionatingtowersaltdeposition,ammoniumdispersingagentwasinjectedatthe
towertop.Theoperationresultshowedthat,afteradditionofFG-09 ammoniumsaltdispersingagentandoperationfor 2 months,
productyieldhadnoobviouschange,andproductdistributionwasnotinfluenced.Fractionatingtowerwasnotsaltdeposited,not
blockedandnotflooded.Therewasnoobviouscorrosiondamageoccurredonthefractionatortopcirculationsystempumps,heat
exchangersandpipelines.
