L290M/X42M 管线钢化学成分优化设计

摘 要： 为了优化低钢级管线钢的成分设计 ， 降低制造成本 ， 采用低轧制温度 、 大压下量和轧后
快速冷却的 TMCP 热机械轧制工艺 ， 以及 Mn+Nb/Ti 微合金的成分设计对不同厚度 L290M/X42M
管线钢的化学成分进行了优化 ， 并对试制的管线钢进行了力学性能和显微组织分析 。 试验结果表
明 ， 不同化学成分设计的管线钢都具有较高的强度和良好 的 塑 性 ， 性 能 指 标 不 仅 能 满 足 GB/T
14164 标准要求 ， 而且已达到了 API SPEC 5L 标准规定的 L320M/X46M 级别管线钢的强度与塑性 。
