Material reward
For an enterprise, material rewards are divided into individual rewards and group rewards.
The individual incentive plan consists of three basic forms: piecework system, counting effect system and commission system. The following three parts are briefly introduced.
1. piece system
One is simple piecework system, this method is easy to master, and the calculation process is very simple, so it is widely used. Formula is as follows:
Earned salary = completion number X per piece wage rate
This method combines remuneration with work efficiency, which can motivate employees work performance, and a large number of employees with more income can make employees work harder and reduce employees laziness.

2. effect system
Because the piecework system focuses on the quantity of the product and ignores the quality of the product, there is a system of counting effect. There are many forms of counting effect system:
(1) standard working hours system;
The reward system calculates the earned wage by saving the amount of time it takes to work. When workers require high production standards, bonuses are given at different rates in excess of the percentage.
