集输处理黄辉等：地面集输系统优化简化技术地面集输系统优化简化技术 1 1 2 黄辉邱伟伟彭凌岩摘要：减少工程投资、降低系统能耗是地面集输系统设计最主要的任务之一。完成这一任务的关键是地面集输系统的优化简化：进一步推广电工图量油以及串联管网，简化集输管网；加快研制多相混输设备，优化接转站设置，进行多相流基础理论研究及软件研发；积极采用预分水技术，减少污水处理设施规模；应用井下油水分离技术简化集输流程；进行油气集输系统 “三化”建设，优化简化油气集输站场建设等。关键词：地面工程；集输系统；优化；简化；节能降耗 Doi:10.3969/j.issn.1006-6896.2016.4.017 OptimizationandSimplificationofOilfieldSurfaceGatheringandTransporta⁃ tionSystem HuangHui，QiuWeiwei，PengLingyan Abstract：Oneofthemostimportanttasksforthesurfacegatheringandtransportationsys- temdesignistoreducetheinvestmentandenergyconsumptionofwhichthekeypointisop- timization and simplification of oilfield surface gathering and transportation system． We shouldmakefurthereffortstopopularizeandapplytheelectricaldrawingforproductionmea- surementandnetworkpipelinesinseriestosimplifythepipelinenetworksystem．Alsoit’s importanttostudyontheequipmentsformultiphaseflowtransportation，optimizethetrans- ferstationsandresearchonmultiphaseflowtheoryandsoftware．It’sagoodmethodtouse waterpre-separationtechnologytominimizethesizeofwatertreatmentsystem．Andappli- cation of downhole oil/water separation technology，popularization of standard design， modularization construction and standard procurementand optimization the construction of gatheringstationsandsoonaresomeotherwaystosimplifygatheringandtransportationsystem.
