Responsibility investigation system of misjudged cases strengthens the judges responsibilityandpreventsjudicialcorruption,butaggravatesthejudicialpersonnelsresponsibilityandinfluencestheruleof independenceoftrialanddecision.Thispaperanalyzesproblemsinthetheoryandpracticeoftheresponsibilityinvestigationsystem ofmisjudgedcases,andproposessomesuggestionsforthereform,hopingtobenefittheimprovementofthissystem. ［Keywords］misj
