So the administrators’ emotional labor are in- creasing gradually. However, will the diff erence of emotional labor infl uent the produc- tion of burnout? h ese are exactly the purpose and main idea why this research probe into. h is research adopts the analytic approach of documents, by col- lecting relevant domestic and international theories and documents to understand the present situation and the correlation of administrators’ emotional labor and burnout in elementary schools.
