Value Engineering ·283 · 中国医疗卫生事业效益分析之系列研究 ———1990~2009 年中国卫生事业效益分析 A Series of Studies on Benefit Analysis of Chinese Medical and Health Undertakings: Benefit Analysis of Chinese Health Service during 1990-2009 李敏① LI Min ；李霞② LI Xia （①上海市公共卫生临床中心，上海201508 ；②广东惠州市疾病预防控制中心，惠州516001） （①Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center ，Shanghai 201508 ，China ； ②Huizhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Guangdong Province ，Huizhou 516001 ，China） 摘要： 1990-2009 年中国卫生事业发展迅速，卫生人员年均增长1.26%，高中级卫生技术人数年均增长4.1% ，床位数年均增长2. 19%，卫生总费用年均增长17.95%，诊疗人次年均增长1.7%，医师人均年业务收入年均增长15.89%，平均住院日年缩短0.28 日，病床 使用率提高4 个百分点。但整体卫生事业分布、配置、发展不均衡，资源集中在医院，应加大对卫生院、门诊部、社区服务中心、村卫生 室等机构的投入力度。 Abstract: Chinese health service has developed rapidly during 1990-2009, it has grown at an average annual rate of 1.26% for health workers, average annual growth of 4.1% for numbers of high intermediate health technologies, an average annual increase of 2.19% for the number of beds, average annual growth rate of 17.95% for total health expenditure,average annual growth of 1.7% for person -time of diagnosis and treatment, average annual growth of 15.89% for physicians per capita annual revenue, and average length of stay shortens 0. 28 days annually, occupancy rate of hospital beds increases 4 percentage points. However, the distribution, configuration and development of the overall public health service is uneven, the concentration of resources is in the hospital, we should increase investment in the institute of hospital, outpatient department, community service center, rural health office and other institutions. 关键词： 中国；卫生事业；效益分析 Key words: China ；health services ；benefit analysis 中图分类号
