毕 业 设 计 题 目：6万吨/年合成氨原料气脱硫工段设计 学 院： 化学与材料工程学院 专 业： 化学工程与工艺 姓 名： 学 号： 指导老师： 完成时间： 2013/5/24  设计说明 硫化物在合成氨原料气中含量不高，但对生产却危害极大。本设计的任务是将合成氨原料气（半水煤气）中的硫含量由2.7g/m3脱降到0.046 g/m3（0.04MPa,47）以下，设计采用模拟实验的方法。 本设计通过工艺评选，采用综合经济效益高的栲胶法。栲胶法属湿法脱硫，半水煤气从脱硫塔底部进入，与自上面流下的栲胶液逆向接触，以吸收混合气中硫化物。脱硫后的半水煤气去变换工段，吸收了硫化物的富液去再生系统。由设计半水煤气流量为m3/h基础数据计算出，栲胶液循环量为m3/h，副产品硫产量为124.9kg/h，设计出的脱硫塔直径m，高m，阶梯环填料用量m3；再生槽直径8.4m，再生槽高度7.0m。 关键词： 合成氨 脱硫 栲胶法 工艺设计 Design elucidation Sulfide in the feed gas in the ammonia content is not high, but production is extremely harmful.
