12导联动态ECG及常规ECG用于心内科临床诊断ST—T参数差异[摘要] 目的 观察比较12导联动态心电图（ECG）及常规ECG用于心内科临床诊断的ST-T参数差异，探讨不同ECG连接方法用于心内科临床诊断的临床意义。 方法 选择650例受试者，采用12导联动态ECG及常规ECG两种连接方式分别描记心电图，记录两种连接方式所得ST-T参数。 结果 650名受检者中，两种连接方式描记图形ST段无差别595例，一致率为91.5%；QRS波群主波向上导联方向、形态大致相同且电压在正常范围内598例，一致率为92.0%。 结论 两种连接方式，ST段及T波的一致率均在90%以上，可使用同一诊断标准，两种连接方式的参数差异可能是来自体位及连接方式，在诊断中应予以注意。 [关键词] 12导联动态ECG；常规ECG；心内科 [中图分类号] R540.4+1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2013）07-0137-02 The difference between 12 leads dynamic ECG and conventional ECG used for clinical diagnosis of cardiology department HE Maomao1 WANG Jun2 1.Electrocardiogram Room， the Second People’s Hospital of Tianshui City in Gansu Province， Tianshui 741020， China；2.Office，Disease Control and Prevention Centers in Maiji Area of Tianshui City in Gansu Province， Tianshui 741020， China [Abstract] Objective To observe the difference between 12 leads dynamic ECG and conventional ECG used for clinical diagnosis of cardiology department， and to discuss the clinical significance of different ECG connection method used for clinical diagnosis of cardiology department. Methods Chosed 650 cases of subjects，trace the electrocardiogram by 12 leads dynamic ECG and conventional ECG respectively. Record the parameters of the two connection mode. Results In the 650 cases of subjects， 595 cases’ ST segment was indifferent between the two connection mode， the consistent rate was 91.5%， 598 cases’ guide league direction and form of QRS complex main wave upward was roughly the same，the consistent rate was 92.0%. Conclusion The consistent rate of the ST segment and T wave of the two connection mode were all more than 90%， we can use the same diagnosis standard. The difference of the two connection mode may be from the position and connection mode， we should pay attention to it in the diagnosis.
