The contractor is allowed to work as per the approved drawings and in compliance with CED and EHS regulations. 3. The permission will become invalid if the work has not commenced at site within 3 months from date of NOC issuance or if the work is suspended at site for more than 6 months. 4. Upon completion of the work, a request for completion inspection shall be submitted to CED for the issuance of the Completion Certificate and facility shall not be used until CED issues the Certification. 5.
