Special Comments if any:
1. Review is for fit out works and excludes any modification to services.
2. Certificate of Conformity from EHS department shall be obtained, if required, prior to
commencing the works.

General Conditions:
1. The sign board for modification works (attached) should be displayed at site.
2. The contractor is allowed to work as per the approved drawings and in compliance with CED
and EHS regulations.
3. The permission will become invalid if the work has not commenced at site within 3 months
from date of NOC issuance or if the work is suspended at site for more than 6 months.
4. Upon completion of the work, a request for completion inspection shall be submitted to CED
for the issuance of the Completion Certificate and facility shall not be used until CED issues
the Certification.
5. Construction work at site should comply with TRAKHEES rules and regulations.
