小麦、大豆根茬对设施黄瓜连作土壤的生物修复效应（Bioremediation effects of wheat and soybean stubble on continuous cropping soil of protected cucumber） Bioremediation effects of wheat and soybean stubble on continuous cropping soil of protected cucumber Abstract: pot experiments were conducted on wheat and soybean crops at 0.5%, 1% and 2% for continuous cultivation of cucumber. The effects of stubble and amount of different crops on cucumber continuous cropping were studied. The test results show that the addition of wheat and soybean crop stubble significantly decreased soil bulk density, increase soil porosity, add wheat and soybean stubble treatment of soil bulk density increased with stubble decreased; the effects of Different Crop Stubbles on different pH, the largest increase of pH added in wheat stubble 2% add; crop stubble increased soil EC value decreased significantly; adding 2% wheat stubble significantly promoted plant growth, yield increased 127.67% compared with control. Key words: stubble; cucumber; continuous cropping soil; soil disease; soil characteristics With the continuous development of vegetable production, the continuous cropping obstacle of cucumber is becoming more and more serious. The reasons of continuous cropping obstacles mainly has 3 aspects: one is the soil nutrient imbalance, the physicochemical properties of deterioration; two is the proliferation of bacteria, pathogenic microorganisms of soil biological characteristics such as ecological imbalance deterioration; three is the plant root exudates and decaying substances allelopathy [1]. Research shows that the application of organic materials can improve the physicochemical properties of soil, improve the soil microbial community structure, inhibit soil pathogenic microbial breeding, soil nutrient supply balance, reduce the accumulation of toxic materials is improved, continuous cropping soil, effective measures to reduce the continuous cropping obstacle of applying [2, 3].
