中医药治疗小儿湿疹 90 例（Treatment of 90 cases of infantile eczema with Chinese Medicine） Treatment of 90 cases of infantile eczema with Chinese Medicine Li Guobing (Department of Pediatrics, Hengshui maternal and child health care hospital, Hebei Hebei, Hengshui 053000, China) Abstract: Objective: To investigate the efficacy of oral and external use of Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods: 90 cases were treated with internal medicine of removing wind and inducing red soup, applying cold and wet compress of Phellodendron and liquorice, removing wind, dispersing red and navel, and treating for 2 weeks. The improvement of symptoms and signs and curative effect were observed before and after treatment. Results: the symptoms of the patients were obviously reduced after treatment, and the effective rate was 92.2%. Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine combined with external use is effective in treating infantile eczema. It has a rising trend in infants and children in recent years, and is prone to recurrent attacks. Western medicine is now commonly used oral antihistamines, topical hormone ointment treatment, although temporarily alleviate symptoms, but withdrawal is easy to relapse, not easy for the patients family to accept. Xiaofeng Daochi soup from the golden mirror of medicine , for the treatment of fetal Lian sore baby wet (rash) recipe. We use Xiaofeng Daochi decoction, internal and external, 90 cases of the disease treatment, achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy, the results are reported as follows: 1 the general data of the 90 patients in this group, 30 cases were male, 60 female; age minimum 15d, maximum 6 months; the shortest duration of 3D the longest 2 months.
