Methods: 90 cases were treated with internal medicine of removing wind and inducing red soup, applying cold and wet compress of Phellodendron and liquorice, removing wind, dispersing red and navel, and treating for 2 weeks. The improvement of symptoms and signs and curative effect were observed before and after treatment. Results: the symptoms of the patients were obviously reduced after treatment, and the effective rate was 92.2%. Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine combined with external use is effective in treating infantile eczema. We use Xiaofeng Daochi decoction, internal and external, 90 cases of the disease treatment, achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy, the results are reported as follows: 1 the general data of the 90 patients in this group, 30 cases were male, 60 female; age minimum 15d, maximum 6 months; the shortest duration of 3D the longest 2 months.
