ISSN 1007 -7626 中国生物化学与分子生物学报 http :/ / cjbmb ． bjmu ． edu ． cn 20 13 2 年 月 CN 11-3870 / Q Chinese Journal of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology 29 (2 ):144 ～ 150 Proteomic Analysis of Chloroplast RNA-binding Proteins in Birch (Betula p latyp hy lla Suk． ) WU Feng-Zhang1)* ，WANG Bai-Chen2 )，YANG Chuan-Ping3 ) 1) ( Institute of Modern Agricultural Research of Dalian University ，Dalian 116622 ，China ; 2 )Key Laboratory of Photobiology ，Chinese A cademy of Sciences ，Beij ing 100093 ，China ; 3 )State Key Laboratory of Tree Genetics and Breeding (Northeast Forestry University )，Harbin 150040 ，China ) Abstract In higher plant chloroplasts ，RNA -binding proteins are important for post-transcriptional regulations ，such as the processing ，transportation and stability of RNAs． In this study ，polyA -affinity column or single stranded DNA -affinity column was used to enrich polyA -binding proteins or RNA -binding proteins from birch chloroplast ． A total of 13 proteins were identified by MALDI-TOF-MS as well as ESI- MS / MS ，and the majority of which were classified into four annotation categories in the Swiss-Prot database ，as NAD- binding proteins ，RNA -binding proteins ，DNA -binding proteins and ATP-binding proteins． Four proteins of high-abundance including a transcription factor were identified ． The results helped to understand the function of general chloroplast RNA -binding proteins in a tree species． Key words chloroplast RNA -binding proteins ;ATP-
