Author ：Zhang lingyan Tutor ：Professor Lu Guangchao Abstract Objectiv：To observe the clinical curative effect of Qing-Zhong-Jiang-Ni-Tang on bile reflux gastritis of biliary and gastric he at stagnation syndrome and explore the mechanism of which from theoretical and clinical aspects ． ： bile reflux gastritis ： Methods 60 cases with were divided into two groups at random the treatment group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases) ．The former was given Qing-Zhong-Jiang-Ni-Tang while the latter was given Domperidone and Talcid ．Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after the treatment， including gastroscopy observing ． Results ：After one course of treatment,significant difference was apparent in the clinical effects:In the treatment group ，8cases recovered and 13 cases significantly improved，(thus the effectual rate is70.00%),8 cases improved. The total effective rate in the treatment group is 96.67%..The effective rate of gastroscope observing was 96.67%. In the control group ，2 cases recovered and 5cases significantly improved，(thus the effectual rate is 23.33%),15 cases improved.The total effective rate in the control group is 73.33%. The effective rate of gastroscope observing was 73.33%.There were statistically significant differences in the total effective rate between the treatment group and control guoup(P0.05) ．The effective rate from the treatment group is clearly superior. Conclusions ：Qing-Zhong-Jiang-Ni-Tang is an effective drug of treatin
