On chronic hepatitis B patients with serum cholinesterase levels of serum markers of liver fibrosis and its clinical significance [Abstract] Objective To investigate the chronic hepatitis B (CHB and liver cirrhosis (LC serum cholinesterase (ChE and serum liver fibrosis markers hyaluronic acid (HA, human procollagen type Ⅲ (HPC Ⅲ and Ⅳ collagen (Ⅳ C level changes and their clinical significance with the CX5 automatic biochemical analyzer 233 cases and 87 cases of LC in patients with CHB serum ChE, radioimmunoassay (RIA determination of HA, HPC Ⅲ, Ⅳ C level, and with 50 healthy subjects compared the results of CHB mild, moderate, severe, and LC A grade, B grade, C grade patients, serum ChE were significantly lower than the control group, and with disease progression, trends were statistically significant differences in serum ChE activity and HA, HPC Ⅲ, Ⅳ C level was negatively correlated. The serum ChE and HA, HPC Ⅲ, Ⅳ C level changes in CHB patients with liver fibrosis in chronic degenerative and hidden monitoring has important clinical significance.
