Today, the result has become responsible for continuous improvement and innovation, customer satisfaction, team performance training core activities and personnel. Interestingly, the essence of these activities is simply a point: the staff to overcome environmental constraints, take all actions to get the results they want.
However, when many individuals and enterprises realize the responsibility of urgency, few people know how to develop or maintain a sense of responsibility. The proof of that, when things become very bad, people are always looking for every kind of excuses to shirk responsibility. Each of us sometimes tend to find all kinds of excuses to shirk responsibility, for example, I dont have enough time, our limited resources, tight schedule, that I do not belong to the scope of work, I do not know in advance, competition than we are more powerful and so on. No matter how the wording, we are trying to explain why it doesnt happen, instead of I can do what. Indeed, people almost every day since the boss at the mercy of competitors, sharp barbs and colleagues calculated for various reasons and hurt. When they do not have much ability to control, there will be trouble. Sometimes, some things should not happen to them, because it is not their fault, is not responsible for.
