As everyone knows, todays business organizations must be quick, flexible and constantly improve if they want to succeed. But the leaders of these business organizations are finding it hard to keep employees engaged in continuous change.
Being conservative is human nature. People often adhere to the way of thinking today, even though this kind of thinking can not bring them to the future they want to arrive.
