Key words: air separation unit; main heat exchanger; temperature difference at the end of heat; CLC number: TB657 3; document identification code: B 1, the main heat exchanger temperature difference at the end of large phenomenon A 6500m3/h air separation equipment using molecular sieve adsorption purification, booster expansion turbine and complete distillation hydrogen free argon external compression process, the main heat exchanger is split, there are 1 sets of oxygen heat exchanger, 1 nitrogen heat exchanger and 1 sewage nitrogen heat exchanger, the flow is shown in Figure 1 show. The temperature difference between the hot ends can be adjusted by using the positive flow air valve V1, V2 and V3. The charging air heat exchanger has only 1 suction ports, and the air temperature of the expander is decided by the mixing temperature of the air in the 3 main heat exchangers, and the pressurization air quantity of each heat exchanger is not provided with adjustment means. The air temperature can not be adjusted because of only 1 suction ports. This kind of pressurized air has only 1 suction ports, and the main heat exchanger without temperature adjustment in the middle of the pump has higher requirements for design, although it is adopted more widely in the country, and is seldom used in the country. Considering the heat transfer angle, cancel the pressurized air pumping port, as long as the pumping port position of reasonable design, can meet the 6500m3/h air separation equip
