These characteristics determine the individuals behavior patterns when they adapt to the environment. Personality type refers to the common characteristics of a group of people with similar personality traits, and a person with a common trait is a person of a certain personality type. Personality types can be validated by scale tests. The most widely used in practice is the Meyers Briggs type index (MBTI). In daily life, our attention will point to the outside world (extraverted). We will also point to the inner world (introverted). We usually obtain external information by feeling (using our senses) and intuition (beyond the sense of the five senses).
