Students should prepare all the texts before coming to the classroom, attend the lectures and answer the questions; 2. The teacher should follow the schedule during the semester and prepare the lecture before the class. 3. The teacher should also assign homework for students and correct them. Teaching Focus and difficult points Teaching Focus: 1. The format of business letter; 2. Business letters during the business negotiation; 3. Business letters concerning the amendment of L/C Difficult points: 1. Letter of Credit, exam and amendment; 2. Writing styles for business activities of different culture.
