曲面印刷机PLC自动控制系统设计 曲面印刷机的主机PLC设计 摘 要：本项目所研发的是一种专用于圆柱形、圆弧形或截锥形物品的六色全自动曲面印刷机，包括有轮转印刷机构、料盘机构、上下料机构和传动机构。由可编程控器控制印刷机的运转、印刷机的急停和无杯不印等。本机最多可套印六色，最高速度每分钟300件，套印准确，图案再现性好、自动化程度高。它可以广泛的应用于具有圆柱形、圆弧形或者截锥形物品的大批量、高效率印刷，而且凸版和模把更换方也适用于多品种小批量的高速彩色印刷Curved Surface Printing Machine Design of PLC Automatic Control System ABSTRACT：This project invents a six color full-automatic curved surface printing machine which conterns cyclic printing organ,spout organ,load and unload apparatus and transmission organ and stopping of the printing machine and no cup no print are controlled by PLC.This machine canffer one six color chromatography accurate, the maximum speed can be up to the high-efficiency automation in enormous quantities of 300 of every minute and print the homework. It can be cylindrical, circular or cuts the high efficiency in enormous quantities of toper articles to print by extensive applying to having, and phototype and mould change convenient, suitable for many variety at a high speed colored printing of short run too. Curved surface printing machine host automatic control system design using the Mitsubishi Fx2N-64MR series PLC. Speed control is used in AC variable frequency speed control. By means of automatic printing of the work surface state and operating information of the overall analysis,then we prepared ladder diagram to realize printing machines, printing machine stop and no cup printing control and so on. The automatic control system has adopted PLC ,which makes the system reliable and durable, convenient, multiple functional. Besides ,the order is succinct, which let users programming, maintain and all greatly and conveniently.
