The 1. objective must be specific (Specific);
2. goals must be measurable (Measurable);

4. goals must be relevant to other goals (Relevant);
The 5. target must have a definite deadline (Time-based);

SMART principle, S (Specific) -- clarity
The so-called clear is to use specific language to clearly explain the standard of behavior to be achieved. Clear goals are almost consistent across all successful teams. Example: goal - to enhance customer awareness.
